Once again, the main seminar agenda will be the topic of the upcoming HMRC legislative changes affecting the UK pension transfer industry and, in particular, how this effects pension transfers to Australia. The seminar aims to clarify how these changes will impact certain transfers (such as UK Public Sector Pension schemes) and what you need to do now to both assess and exercise your options before the 5th April 2015 deadline.
