Qualifying Recognised Overseas Pension Scheme, or QROPS, is an overseas pension scheme that meets requirements of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
Over the past year we’ve seen many changes to the QROPS list including the introduction of the Pension Age Test. These changes have left many in doubt about which schemes have been wiped and which schemes remain on the list.
